Legal and regulatory framework

Legal Notice

The names, signs, and logos associated with UNESCO WFUCA are legally registered and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Their use is authorized exclusively by the legal trademark holders: Federación Mexicana de Clubes, Centros y Asociaciones UNESCO (WFUCA México®) and the World Federation of Clubs, Centers and Associations in America (WFUCA®).

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification—whether total or partial, or any use that may cause confusion due to similarity—is strictly prohibited.

Trademark registration No. 1984212 corresponds to Federación Mexicana de Clubes, Centros y Asociaciones UNESCO (WFUCA México®), and registration No. 2116426 corresponds to World Federation of Clubs, Centers and Associations in America (WFUCA®).

These trademarks may only be used with prior written authorization from the legal representatives or through formal agreements such as licenses. The authorized use of these elements is carried out within the framework of a non-profit civil association dedicated to educational, cultural, and humanitarian purposes.

Any unauthorized use may result in legal actions in accordance with applicable national and international intellectual property laws.

Notice on Official Credentials

Official credentials issued by UNESCO WFUCA are intended solely to provide institutional identification for individuals linked to the organization’s activities, programs, and initiatives.

These credentials do not grant diplomatic status, nor do they confer privileges, immunities, or special authority under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961). Their use is strictly limited to institutional identification purposes within the framework of international cooperation, volunteer work, and humanitarian action.

Credentials issued by UNESCO WFUCA do not constitute a governmental or military appointment, nor official representation of UNESCO. Likewise, they do not create any employment relationship, salary entitlement, financial compensation, or contractual benefit of any kind.

All individuals accredited by the organization participate on a voluntary and altruistic basis, in accordance with the institutional principles and purposes promoted by UNESCO WFUCA.

The validity of any credential is subject to its official recognition by UNESCO WFUCA. Any credential that is not registered, not current, or not expressly recognized by the organization does not correspond to an authorized member.
